*UPDATE: On the last week of July, The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) extended the deadline to August 31 for business registration of “online sellers” or those conducting business transactions through digital or electronic means.
The BIR issued Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 75-2020 which extended the deadline stated in RMC No. 60-2020, which was on July 31.
